Rig A' Tony's Italian Takeout & Catering | Our Story

Real Italian food for real families

Lisa DeSisto opened Rig A' Tony's in 2000 to give Derry families real Italian food: homemade and ready to go. Twenty-six years later, every meatball, sauce, and spuckie is still made from scratch the same way, because that's how family feeds family.

Lisa's Leap in 2000

After years managing restaurants at Bertucci's, Lisa opened Rig A' Tony's in Derry with one goal: fresh, family-style Italian made from scratch and ready to go.
Food Made the Right Way

Food Made the Right Way

Lisa's Johnson & Wales training shows up in every dish — homemade pasta, hand-rolled meatballs, and the legendary Laziest Lasagna, a single order big enough to feed your family twice over. Nothing here comes from a bag or a freezer.

25 Years in the Neighborhood

Twenty-five years in, we've fed first dates, funerals, and Super Bowl parties — often for the same families. The dog-friendly patio and stromboli wreath classes are just how we're wired.
